I so appreciate all of this education and sense of community. I wish none of us struggled with sleep or the effects of lack of it, but being a part of a community helps.

I was able to fall back asleep quickly when awake during the night. Before I would be up for 1-2 hours before being able to fall back asleep!

So far, I haven’t seen improvement in my sleep.

Some of the tracker data increased…sleep time, variable heart rate, activity. REM decreased.
Thank you for the valuable information.

I have notice that I am starting to sleep better. Instead of waking up 2-3 times a night it's down to 1. I'm getting better at going back to sleep after waking up also.
