Fitness/ sleep tracker

I just learned that my insurance will reimburse me for part of the cost of a fitness tracker - wondering what trackers people are using that they like - I don't even know what is available or what to look for. Thanks for any suggestions and advice.

Are you an apple or android user? Because that might make a difference. I am an Apple user so I have an Apple Watch and phone. They sync together very well and I love them.

Thanks for the Apple Watch suggestion - I will look at that option - but might need one that is not as expensive.

You can find older models that are not as expensive. Sometime the big box stores run special prices. Just a suggestion.

Fitbits are not too expensive and work great, whether you have an Apple or Android phone. I have one and I love it.
