My friends, if maybe you haven't been as consistent as you would like in this challenge, give yourself permission to begin again. Give yourself the grace and kindness and encouragement to continue this journey from where you are at or yes, even to commit afresh and begin again.

I have to admit, consistency is the magic sauce that builds good ( or bad)habits. Hopefully we’re going for the good. I haven’t been able to do this YET! I’m NOT giving up. Even when I don’t have the means to get on here, I’m still working with these steps taught here. I’ve been able to be more successful!👍🫶

So true it's the consistency with the dietary restrictions that is key. for the first time I feel in my body that a cleanse is in order. Just waiting on my supplies.

Elaine, you can start the cleanse today with what you have. Put lemon oil in your water is a bare essential start. Yes, consistency Plus action is the key to success in everything we do! Happy, Happy Success!!👍
