This is a 30-day experience. You will have certain tasks every day to help you build a strong foundation. You will also receive a unique, simple challenge to do each day that promotes overall wellness. Along with the daily challenge you will receive the very best VIP education, support, and guidance from experts.   This bundle also includes access to the Power to Be Community where you can connect and find support.



Dr. Andrew Gough is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, a board-certified emergency physician, and has post-doctoral training in nutrition and aromatic medicine. Dr. Gough is currently practicing emergency medicine and serves on the doTERRA Medical Advisory Board. Ruth Gough is a Clinical Master Aromatherapist, Yoga Therapist, Functional Nutritionist, Ph.D., and a Blue Diamond Wellness Advocate with doTERRA. Together Andrew and Ruth are parents to five amazing kids and one sweet rescue pup. They are the owners of The Oil Room. Dr. Gough and Ruth are passionate about teaching, leading, and empowering others on the path to health and wellness.
