The doTERRA tools you will want to have handy are Life Long Vitality, MetaPWR Advantage, PB Restore, MetaPWR Recharge, and Balance. If you need addition digestive support or that is an area of focus you can add the PB Assist+ Probiome Gut Complex. Shinrin-Yoku or Adaptiv  or grounding oil of your choice can be substituted for Balance to accommodate personal preferences.

Dr. Andrew Gough is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, a board-certified emergency physician, and has post-doctoral training in nutrition and aromatic medicine. Dr. Gough is currently practicing emergency medicine and serves on the doTERRA Medical Advisory Board. Ruth Gough is a Clinical Master Aromatherapist, Yoga Therapist, Functional Nutritionist, Ph.D., and a Blue Diamond Wellness Advocate with doTERRA. Together Andrew and Ruth are parents to five amazing kids. They are the owners of The Oil Room an on-line apothecary. Dr. Gough and Ruth are passionate about teaching, leading, and empowering others on the path to health and wellness.
