One in three adults do not regularly get the recommended amount of uninterrupted sleep they need to protect their health. Join Dr. Andrew and Ruth Gough on a six-week journey for optimal sleep and health. We will walk hand in hand, side by side, to the root cause of sleep issues and fix it with natural solutions that are effective and affordable.
Dr. Andrew and Ruth Gough invite you to join them for six weeks of support, connection, education, practical solutions, and giveaways! Each week you can expect a video and resources to drop at noon CT that will be filled with everything you need to take the next step in your journey towards optimal sleep and health. There will be daily connections in the challenge community. Plus there will be additional live events where you can ask questions, connect and be inspired. There will be weekly giveaways and a special prize for EVERYONE who completes the challenge!

Dr. Andrew Gough is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, a board-certified emergency physician, and has post-doctoral training in nutrition and aromatic medicine. Dr. Gough is currently practicing emergency medicine and serves on the doTERRA Science and Medical Education Board. Ruth Gough is a Clinical Master Aromatherapist, Yoga Therapist, Functional Nutritionist, Ph.D., and a Blue Diamond Wellness Advocate with doTERRA. Together Andrew and Ruth are parents to five amazing kids and one sweet rescue pup. They are the owners of The Oil Room. Dr. Gough and Ruth are passionate about teaching, leading, and empowering others on the path to health and wellness.
