The Thrive Through the holiDAZE Challenge is hosted by Dr. Andrew and Ruth Gough.
Dr. Andrew Gough is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, a
board-certified emergency physician, and has post-doctoral training in
nutrition and aromatic medicine. Dr. Gough is currently practicing
emergency medicine and serves on the doTERRA Science and Medical
Education Board. Ruth Gough is a Clinical Master Aromatherapist, Yoga
Therapist, Functional Nutritionist, Ph.D., and a Blue Diamond Wellness
Advocate with doTERRA. Together Andrew and Ruth are parents to five
amazing kids and one sweet rescue pup. They are the owners of The Oil
Room. Dr. Gough and Ruth are passionate about teaching, leading, and
empowering others on their path to health and wellness.
